The first 5km

I did it.

I jogged 5km.



I jogged it slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter, but I jogged it all the way.



Now its just up to me to use the Couch to 5K program to work up to RUNNING it.

Current Time: 5.16km, 49:57 mins.
